The Gateway Crew - Wind Waker Style

I wanted to play around in the Wind Waker style, and decided to depict the members of my minecraft community. I find that a lot of artists when they try to mimic the WW style make everyone look like Link and Zelda, but the character designs in that game are actually a lot more diverse than that, so I tried to represent that diversity of styles here. I also wanted each character to resemble not only their minecraft avatars, but also what they look like in real life (with the exception of the spider, obviously.)

This creepy character travels to the farthest reaches of the map in search of dungeons to explore. He may not look it, but he's also a wealthy investor.

He runs the large plantation on the edge of town called Charcoal Exch. which has many subsidiaries throughout the land including the largest library in the realm.

Kumondo’s younger brother. They share the same account and skin. He dug a deep pit in search of his sister's lost fish. The search proved fruitless and he left the realm shortly after.

Keltic Angel was once the moderator of our minecraft server; that duty has since been handed to Mechdaddio.

Mechdaddio: the current leader of the realm. His son has changed usernames and skins many times, so you never know what mask he'll be wearing.
